What do you do for joy?
I love being active outside - backcountry camping and hiking has to be one of my favourite summer activities (I'm a fair-weather camper). Year-round, I love spending time with my pups and horse (yes, I'm that horse girl all grown up), as well as sampling the many varieties of donuts offered in Alberta.
What was your biggest fear about your session?
That my insecurities about myself were truths and I was going to be sharing them with someone with the lights on.
What was your favorite part of the experience?
How positive and supportive you was through the entire experience. I walked away feeling like a some sort of beautiful, sexy goddess, which is something my inner critic rarely lets me do - thank you!
Why did you choose me?
I loved the mood of the photos in your Instagram feed, and was sold when I saw how fantastic your wet-look pics were! I immediately knew I wanted those kinds of pics for myself!
What is your advice for women interested in such a session?
Book the session, drink the champagne, relax and have fun!
Did you get a new perspective on any body part from your shoot?
No, more of a mental perspective change. I have a better appreciation for my body and more confidence following the shoot.
What does success mean to you?
Being able to do what I'm excited about, and live a life I love.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
I wasn't great at relationships for a while. I'm proud of recognizing what change was needed, and then making the those changes in myself to become a better partner. Which lead me to a life I couldn't be happier to live!
Is there anything else I could do to make this experience absolutely perfect?
No, I thoroughly enjoyed myself through the session!
