Meditate in Bed with me and Miss J

What is meditation? To think deeply or focus one's mind for a period of time in silence, as a method of relaxation.

Most nights before I fall asleep, I do some sort of meditation. Today I want to try some sensory boudoir meditation.

Wiggle your toes.

Feel the thread count of the sheets.










Feel the breeze coming through the window.

Hear the breeze rustling the blinds.









Inhale slowly and deeply.

Smell the vanilla candles burning on the nightstand.










Inhale slowly and deeply. Smell the linen's freshly laundered floral scent.










Pause. Listen.

Hear the sound of the fireplace crackling.









Can you also hear the clock ticking? Listen to the ticks as each minute goes by.
























Close your eyes for a few seconds. Open them and see the dance of the moonlight.
